REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Aura Store 333 Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our stationery and office products. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange under the following conditions:
1. 14-Day Right to Cancel (Returns)
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.
You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at zahidali@aurastore333.co.uk. Returns sent back without prior request will not be accepted.
2. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized/customized stationery goods, gift cards, or clearance sale items.
4. Return Shipping Fees
If the return is due to customer remorse (e.g., changed your mind), the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees. If the product is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or cover the costs.
5. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
