SHIPPING POLICY

We process and ship all orders from our UK fulfillment network. Please read below for complete details on our delivery times and shipping rates.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Standard UK Shipping: 2 to 4 business days.
Express UK Shipping: 1 to 2 business days.
Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination (or free shipping on promotional orders).
3. Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
4. Missing or Delayed Packages
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at zahidali@aurastore333.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you immediately.
